The Bullock Distillery
We are excited to introduce you to a West Virginia distillery featuring unique spins on traditional spirits. In 2017, this distillery opened its doors in the heart of the Elk City Historic District of Charleston. Their goal was to support local farms by sourcing ingredients and using the crisp and fresh limestone water from Falling Spring Mountain in Greenbrier County. Today you can enjoy their vodka, gin, and bourbon. Soon they will add rum, brandy, absinthe and moonshine. The Bullock collection is growing to meet the demands of their customers' favorite spirits.
May Martini Mayhem coming to Savings & Trust featuring Bullocks vodka or gin. Whether you want it classic, dirty or sweet, you can trust that you will enjoy a crisp martini with locally made spirits.
The Bullock Distillery Vodka
(40% ABV, 80 Proof)
This unique vodka is distilled using 100% grapes and water from the Karst Cave of WV and then rests in stainless steel tanks until ready to be bottled. Vodka Martinis can be a great choice for a cool classic cocktail.
The Bullock Distillery Gin
(45% ABV, 90 Proof)
Juniper botanicals and rye barrels keep this gin full of flavor while being tempered by Maillardian caramels and vanilla. You can have this in a Martini style of your choice or try it in a Mule, Negroni, or sipped over ice.
